Beyond Wellness Aljezur is a wellness center located in the Parque Natural da Costa Vicentina, overlooking Praia da Amoreira and the Ribeira de Aljezur, in the Western Algarve village of Aljezur. Beyond Wellness Aljezur was created by Eileen Lafer, PhD, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, an American Scientist and Professional Yoga Therapist, in order to bring state-of-the-art Yoga Therapeutics to residents and visitors of the Algarve in a beautiful seaside setting in harmony with nature.
Yoga therapy is the application of the tools of yoga to empower clients towards better health and wellness. We make a difference in people's lives by providing them with tools to live in their bodies with comfort and ease. Our practices improve autonomic nervous system regulation, allowing our clients to better manage the stress of everyday living and to improve eudaimonic well-being.
