Restore flexibility to your entire being as you move through your journey in life. This class focusses on gentle yoga and somatic movement practices that are designed to restore function that may have been lost due to injury, inactivity, or aging. All classes conclude with a guided meditation from a comfortable restorative posture. Our practices foster emotional as well as physical wellness. Beginners are welcome!
